ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a Charge Sheet on FIR No.79/2011 and to proceed with the prosecution in accordance with law.

2.Though this Court has stated that the prayer made in the writ petition cannot be granted, learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that draft charge sheet is ready but they want further co-operation from the petitioner. 3.The petitioner who appeared in person submitted that he has given maximum co-operation and he is also ready and willing to participate any enquiry or any further assistance, if it is required.

4.In view of the above, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent if they are summoning him and the authorities shall complete the investigation and file a charge sheet within a period of four months form the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
