ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for disobeying the order passed by this Court dated 19.11.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6221 of 2020, thereby directed the first respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.11 of 2020 and file a final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as directed by this Court, the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Ramanathapuram, completed the investigation in Crime No.11 of 2020 and also filed a final report on 16.08.2021 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Ramanathapuram and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.03 of 2022.
