ORDER

In these writ petitions, the petitioner had challenged the orders passed for the assessment years 2020-21, 2021-22 & 2022-23, dated 10.11.2023.

2. Allthough the petitioner has made elaborate submission on a correctness of the impugned orders, this Court had already passed an order in W.P(MD)No.14409 of 2024 etc., dated 03.07.2024 and had disposed the writ petitions by giving liberty to the petitioner therein to file a reply within a period of 15 days.

3. In view of the above, these Writ Petitions are dismissed with liberty to file a statutory appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
