*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The second respondent produced the detenu before us. According to the detenu, she was forcibly taken by the third respondent and kept in illegal confinement at Soriparaipatti, Sethur Village, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District. She wanted to go with the petitioner, who is none other than her biological father.
