ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 319(2), 318(4) r/w. 3(5) of BNS and Section 66(D) of the IT Act, 2000 in Crime No.47 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has an apprehension of arrest in Crime No.47 of 2025 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Palakollu Rural Circle, W.G. District, Andhra Pradesh. However, the petitioner has not produced any document to show the facts of the case and, without the basic facts regarding the apprehension of arrest, more particularly the allegations, this petition has been filed.

3. In view of the above, the petitioner has to file a proper petition by enclosing a copy of the FIR and any other materials indicating the facts of the case. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
