ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to provide police protection for the petitioner to visit the third respondent's house to see his daughter namely, Thamilthendral based on the petitioner's representation dated 12.04.2022. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the daughter of the petitioner was married to the third respondent herein. However, the third respondent family did not allow the petitioner's family to see their daughter for the past two years. Thereby, the present petition was filed by the petitioner with the above said prayer.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.04.2022 and pass appropriate orders.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State would submit that during the pendency of this petition, on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 12.04.2022, enquiry was conducted and due to the non- co-operation of the petitioner, the same was closed. 2/4
5. However, the petitioner is directed to make a representation within a week to the second respondent from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation, the second respondent shall send a police constable along with the petitioner to see his daughter. If the petitioner is created law and order problem, the second respondent is at liberty to take action against the petitioner as well as the other parties.
