2. I went through the contents of the petition. The petitioner wants this Court to direct the respondents to not to harass him in the guise of enquiry. It is seen that the petitioner has described himself as a doctor. But he admits that he does not have the necessary qualification. He appears to possess only a Diploma in Community Medical Service and Essential Drugs. Possession of such diploma will not enable the petitioner to style himself as a doctor. A person who does not have the requisite qualification cannot practice in the field of Medicine. The petitioner is not having the necessary qualification. He cannot engage himself in the practise of Allopathy Medicine.
3. Therefore, the respondents cannot be restrained from acting in the matter. It is open for the respondents to take action as per law.
