PRAYER:Criminal Revision Case - filed under Section 397 and 401 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records and set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.5215 of 2017 in D.V.O.P.No.13 of 2017 on the file of the District Munsif Court cum Judicial Magistrate No.1, Usilampatti dated 04.06.2018 and to allow this Criminal Revision Case.

ORDER

This Revision Petition has been filed by the respondent challenging the interim maintenance of a sum of Rs.6,000/- awarded in favour of the first respondent and a sum of Rs.2,000/- awarded in favour of the second respondent in Crl.M.P.No.5215 of 2017 in D.V.O.P.No.13 of 2017 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Usilampatti.

2.At the time of admission of this case, this Court passed an interim order by way of direction to the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.80,000/- and also permitted the first respondent to withdraw a sum of Rs.40,000/-. Later by consent of both counsel, the matter was referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench had successfully mediated the issue between the parties. As a consequence, they have entered into compromise. It is now reported before this Court that D.V.O.P.No.13 of 2017 itself has been withdrawn by the respondent herein.

3.In the light of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this revision petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is closed. Terms of the compromise entered between the parties before the Mediation Centre are recorded. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
