O.P.(MD) No.7670 of 2021 Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.JAYARAMACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Counsel for Government of TamilNadu(Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7670 of 2021 dated 25.06.2021. 2.This condition was imposed taking into consideration the nature of offence, the damage caused to the property of the defacto complainant and the allegations made in the complaint, hence this Court finds no reason to modify the said condition.
