M.P(MD)Nos.4866 & 4867 of 2022 in Crl O.P(MD) Nos.3912 & 3926 of 2022 dt. 19.04.2022 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.LENIN KUMAR T, Advocate for the petitioner in both petitions and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents in both petitions, the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP(MD)Nos.4866 & 4867 of 2022 in Crl.O.P. (MD)Nos.3912 and 3926 of 2022 on 19.04.2022.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.6455 of 2022 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.
4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP(MD)Nos.4866 & 4867 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.3912 and 3926 of 2022 on 19.04.2022 is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in fifteen days at about 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
