ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 05.10.2012.

2. Mr.N.Manoharan, learned Spl.Govt.Pleader takes notice for the respondent.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the appeal of the petitioner is disposed of, by the respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. The learned Spl.Govt.Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the representation will be considered in accordance with law.

6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the appeal of the petitioner, dated 05.10.2012, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
