: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, against the first and second respondents directing them to produce the body or person of the petitioner's wife, namely, Suryapraba, D/o. O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the husband of the detenue, seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the person or body of the detenue, namely, Suryapraba, D/o.Santhanadurai, aged about 25 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.
2. The second respondent police produced the detenue. The detenue is accompanied by her mother. She informs that being dissatisfied with the conduct of the petitioner, her husband, she has gone to her parental home on her own volition.
3. Recording the said submission, the Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
