ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Criminal Appeal No.216 of 2026 dated 09.03.2026.
2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for R1 submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
