Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to survey the lands of the petitioner situated in Arumulai Village, comprised in Survey No.15A/4A of an extent of 536.28 sq.ft and in survey No.15A/4B of an extent of 1076.92 sq.ft in all of an total extent of 1613.20 sq.ft in Orathanadu Taluk, Thanjavur District and embed the survey stones in the said property within a time frame.

2. The petitioner wants the second respondent to conduct survey of the petition mentioned lands.

3.The leaned Special Government Pleader submitted that notice had been given to the petitioner and that survey is to be done on 18.06.2022.

4.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
