This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents no.1 to 3 to take action against the respondents no.4 to 8 based on the representation dated 26.12.2024

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 to 3 would submit that the representation of the petitioner was already considered and F.I.R has been registered Crime No.37 of 2025. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

3. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition, this Court without even issuing notice to the private respondents no.4 to 8, recording the above said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that Page No. 2 of 4
