ORDER
On the last hearing date, ie., on 05.09.2024, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had reported no instructions in this matter and this Court had directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner and post the matter for hearing today. As directed by this Court, Registry had printed the name of the petitioner in the cause list today. Despite printing the name of the petitioner in the cause list, no one has entered appearance on behalf of the petitioner. The petitioner has also not chosen to engage a new counsel in place of erstwhile counsel.

2. This writ petition is of the year 2019. It can be now inferred that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
