Respondents COMMON PRAYER: Petitions filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the first respondent to issue necessary direction to the second respondent and his subordinates not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry without following legal procedures based on the representation of the petitioners dated 20.06.2021 made to the first respondent. 3. Today when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that no complaint has been received against the petitioners from the public so far. Based on the complaint given by the petitioners, enquiry was undertaken and it was found that the petitioners are father and son, who are recognised Medical Practitioners and they have been practicing in the system of alternative medicine. Since no complaint has been received from the public, the petitioners undertook that no further action may be taken on their complaints. Accordingly, it was closed on 14.07.2021.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
