ORDER

The plaintiff in O.S.No.95 of 2014 is the revision petitioner herein. In the said suit, defendants 1 to 3 filed I.A.No.7 of 2015 for impleading two more defendants. The Court below allowed the said I.A., on 06.04.2018. The same is challenged in this Civil Revision Petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

impleaded, have purchased a portion of the suit property. According to the contesting respondents herein, they have purchased the said portion even before filing of the present suit. 4.This Court is of the view that the Court below was right in allowing the impleading application.

5.Accordingly, the order impugned in this Civil Revision Petition is sustained and this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
