Common Prayer: Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus by directing the Respondents to consider and dispose of the Petitioners' representation dated 19.04.2015 and further direct them to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within the time stipulated as prescribed by this Court.

: Mr.S.S.Thesigan COMMON ORDER The petitioners have come forward with these petitions to consider and dispose of their representation dated 19.04.2015 and further direct them to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a stipulated time.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by Mr.K.P.Krishnadoss, learned Government Advocate that based on the representation dated 19.04.2015, action has been initiated against Dr.P.Jeyanthi and a copy of the proceedings dated 23.09.2014 is produced and the issue would be taken to the logical end. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the appellate Court has granted an interim order of suspension of sentence alone and the punishment imposed has not been set aside. 4.In view of the same, no further order is required. The respondent is directed to conclude the proceedings as expeditiously as possible. Enquiry, if any commenced, shall not adjourn for more than two days at any point of time and enquiry shall be completed within six months. It is open to the respondents to conduct enquiry on holidays also.
5.Accordingly, these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
