PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records in connection with Charge Sheet in S.C.No. 78 of 2018 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Tirunelveli and to quash the same.

O R D E R This petition is filed to call for the records in connection with Charge Sheet in S.C.No.78 of 2018 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Tirunelveli and to quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that now the trial process was over and the case is posted for arguments on 02.05.2023. He further submitted that now this quash petition is filed on that the ground that the compromise reached between the parties at the fag end of the trial process.

3. In view of the above submission, this petition cannot be entertained by this Court and the petitioner has to wait for the disposal of the case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 27.04.2023 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No tta 2/4
