The petitioner is aggrieved by the pendency of the petitioner's appeal before the second respondent right from December, 2023, onwards. In and by this Writ Petition, the petitioner only seeks for expeditious disposal of the appeal. 2/5

2.Considering the limited relief sought for, it would suffice to direct the second respondent to hear and dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 15.12.2023, on merits and in accordance with law after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the interested parties and pass final orders, within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
