ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to grant permission and protection for staging Drama namely "Valli Thirumanam" scheduled to be held on 05.06.2015 in connection with "25th Yearly Festival" at Arulmighu Mathakadi Natchiamman Thirukovil at Alangudi Village, Thiruppathur Taluk, Sivagangai District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up, the learned Additional Government Pleader produced a Peace Committee decision duly signed by two different groups in which it was agreed, not to conduct "Valli Thirumanam" Adal Padal Programme and Music Concert. The petitioner who is also signatory to the same has come forward to file this Writ Petition.

4. This Court is not inclined to go into this matter. The petitioner is also not mentioned about the said fact, even by his submission before this Court. As it likely appears to lead law and order problem, this Court does not inclined to give permission.
