ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J) The detenue was produced before us by the second respondent. The detenue informed us that she married the third respondent and she is not in illegal custody. The detenue wanted to go with the third respondent and live with him in the matrimonial home. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. The detenue is a major. Since the detenue is not in illegal custody and she wanted to go with the third respondent, we find no reason to keep this Habeas Corpus Petition pending. The detenue is set at liberty.
3. This Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
