Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body or persons of petitioner wife namely M.Pandeeswari (female, aged 35 years) and minor child namely M.Keerthika (aged about 6 years), detenues in the present case before this Court and consequently, set them at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J) The second respondent produced Mrs.M.Pandeeswari and her daughter M.Keerthika before us. We examined the detenue, by name, M.Pandeeswari. The detenue informed us that she is not willing to live with the petitioner and she is presently living with her child at Chennai.

2. The detenue by name M.Pandeeswari, is aged about 35 years and her child is aged about 6 years. Since the detenue is not in illegal custody, we find no reason to adjudicate the Habeas Corpus Petition. The detenue is set at liberty.

3. This Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
