Respondents PRAYER:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondent in the impugned proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 38336/2018/B3 as per G.O.No.108 dated 08.03.2019 in furtherance of impugned proceedings by the respondent in Na.Ka.No. 38336/2018/B3 dated 08.02.2019 and quash the both and consequently directing the respondent to provide details information as stated in representation dated 11.03.2019 and 14.03.

2019 and given opportunity to the petitioner to raise her valuable objections and considering the same, the respondent may pass appropriate orders on merits within the time to be stipulated by this Court and that in event this Court deems it appropriate to hold that the respondent cannot initiate proceedings under Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 quashed the entire impugned proceedings as non-est in law. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has circulated a letter to the Registry on 06.01.2021 seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and hence, the matter is posted today under the caption "for withdrawal". 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today through Video Conferencing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. 3.Permission is granted. The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
