Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the Respondents to produce the body or person or detenu namely Mr.Neelakandan S/o. late. Arumugam aged about 28 years and set him at liberty on the Petitioner's Petition dated 20/05/2016. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed to direct the respondents to produce the detenu, who is the son of the petitioner.

us that they would not prevent the petitioner's son and his wife from residing in the village or to do business. The mother of Divya informed that she has no objection for the marriage of her daughter with the son of the petitioner. She only wanted her daughter to stay with her.

3.In view of the subsequent events and undertaking given by the respondents 3 and 4, we see no reason to keep the petition pending.

4.The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
