This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioners on the guise of enquiry regarding civil dispute.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, the petitioner has been called for enquiry and the main complaint itself was closed after enquiry. Apart from that they have not harassed the petitioner.
3.Since the main petition itself was closed after enquiry, recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is closed.
