ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the patta in respect of the subject lands is erroneously standing in the name of the mother of the respondents 5 and 6. He wants the same to be cancelled. Hence he filed an appeal before the third respondent he wants the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.11273 of 2022 said appeal to be disposed of.

3. No exception can be taken to the said request. The third respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The interested parties including the private respondents herein will have to be necessarily heard before the final order is passed. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the third respondent to pass orders one way or the other. The only direction that has now been given is for expeditious disposal of the petition mentioned appeal. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
