Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

2. The petitioner wants this Court to direct the authorities to take deparmental action against the fifth respondent.

3. The fifth respondent is presently working as Deputy Block Development Officer. It is not for the writ Court to direct the respondents to take departmental action. It is for the competent authority to take disciplinary action against the erring employee. The first respondent is cognizant of the petition mentioned complaint. It is for the first respondent to take a call in the matter. The issue is left entirely to the discretion of the first respondent. This writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
