2.The appellant temple filed O.S.No.367 of 1989 on the file of II Additional Sub Court, Madurai against the writ petitioner's vendor in respect of the subject property. The suit was dismissed on 24.07.1990. A.S(MD)No.327 of 1991 was filed by the appellant temple before the High Court was also dismissed on 08.07.2002. This judgment appears to have become final. Therefore, the writ petitioner need not get "No Objection Certificate" from the appellant temple for dealing with the subject property. That is why the learned single Judge allowed W.P(MD)No.27896 of 2023 filed by the first respondent herein. Interference with the said order is not warranted. 3.This Writ Appeal stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
