[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the brother of the detenu, seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body and person of the detenu, namely, Jareena Banu, W/o.Nathar, aged about 33 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. Today, when the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for consideration, the second respondent police produced the detenu. On enquiry, she has expressed her desire to go with the petitioner herein.

3. Recording the submission made by the detenu, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
