2. The detenu appeared before us and stated that her marriage with the third respondent was solemnized in the year 2007 and there is one issue in the said wedlock. According to the detenu, she is not in illegal custody. She is residing with the third respondent. The detenu wanted to go with the third respondent.

3. Since the detenu is a major, she is set at liberty.

4. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
