Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.MURUGANANTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court vide order dated 13.02.2024 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a condition to deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- to the Government Model Girls Higher Secondary School, Ulaganeri, Y.Othakadai, Madurai, for the welfare of the girl students studying in the School.

2. The Petitioner has now filed this petition to modify this condition stating that 1/3

he is a daily wager earning a monthly income of Rs.10,000/-.
