********* [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] Heard the petitioner, who appeared as party-in-person and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.

2. The fifth respondent produced an affidavit, signed by the detenu and attested by the Embassy of India, Doha [Qatar]. From the said affidavit, it is evident that the detenu is not in illegal custody.

3. Even according to the petitioner, the detenu is a major. She being not under illegal detention, there is no need for further adjudication of the Habeas Corpus Petition.

4. We close the Hebeas Corpus Petition.
