Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.05.2015 to measure the land in Survey No.1754/4 (old survey No.1077/2B) to the extent of 66 Sq.mt situated in Kachaikatti Village Group, T.Vadipatti District, Madurai District.

ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition directing respondents to survey and measure the property for the lands owned by him.

2. Mrs.S.Bharathi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up final https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation will be considered in accordance with law.

6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the second and the third respondents are directed to survey and measure the petitioner's property, by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 26.05.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the adjoining owners, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
