The writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to survey and fix the boundaries in S.No.2/2A1A1A1, Plot No.196, to an extent of 1030 square feet, at Kauppapillaiyendal Village, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 05.04.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an application for subdivision patta transfer, which is pending before the third respondent. The learned counsel for the petitioner therefore prayed that he may be given liberty to approach this Court after the conclusion of the proceedings on his application for subdivision patta transfer and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court after the proceedings on his application for subdivision patta transfer is concluded.
