[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] The petitioner has filed this habeas corpus petition seeking direction to the respondents to produce her daughter, namely, R.Somiya Geetha, aged about 22 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. According to the petitioner, the detenue is her daughter and she is found missing from 21.08.2020 and despite lodging of a complaint and registration of a case, no action was taken by the respondent Police.

3. Mr.V.Neelakandan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, would state that the detenue is a major and she has sent a letter, through Speed Post, to the second respondent stating that she is residing in Chennai and married one Sundaram. 4. In the light of the above facts, no further orders are required in this habeas corpus petition and the same is, therefore, dismissed.
