ORDER

The petitioner in I.D.O.P.No.380 of 2024, on the file of the Family Court, Madurai, has filed the present revision petitioner seeking expeditious disposal of the divorce petition.

2.4000 cases are pending before the Family Court, Madurai, and therefore, a direction cannot be issued for expeditious disposal of divorce petition merely, because, the petitioner has approached this Court. In case, if there is any urgency, the petitioner is always at liberty to file an application for advance hearing and in case, if the Court is satisfied about the urgency, the divorce petition can be disposed of as expeditiously as possible. 3.With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
