2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that it is a part heard matter and so far PW1 to PW5 has been examined and remaining witnesses are going to be examined on 22.05.2023. 3.Let the learned Judicial Magistrate, Boothapandy, Kanniyakumari District, expedite the trial process in C.C.No.117 of 2018, pending on his file and complete the same within a period of five months from the date of the receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
