ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J) The second respondent produced the detenue before us. According to the detenue, since there was misunderstanding between herself and the petitioner, she left the matrimonial home. She is not prepared to go with the petitioner.
2. The detenue wanted to go with her father, who is present in Court. The detenue is a major. She is set at liberty.
3. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
