PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned Government Order passed by the second respondent vide impugned G.O.Ms.No.26 School Education (SE7-1) Department dated 12.02.2019 in so far as it prescribes the qualification of B.Ed., for appointment to the post of computer instructors are concerned and the consequential notification issued by the third respondent vide his notification No.09/2019 dated 01.03.2019 in so far as it relates to the prescription of the qualification of B.Ed.
, for appointment to the post of Computer Instructors are concerned and quash the same as illegal and consequentially to direct the respondents permit the petitioner to write the examination and participate in the selection process without B.Ed., for appointment to the post of Computer Instructors Grade-I in pursuant to the notification issued by the third respondent vide his notification No.09/2019 dated 01.03.2019. ORDER
When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication.
