ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.610 of 2025, dated 13.03.2025. 2.Mr.J.Joseph Zinoson, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3.Mr.M.Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police submits that the petitioner has complied with the conditions 1/3

only for 25 days.

4.Considering the nature of the offence and also considering the quantity of contraband seized by the respondent-Police and in view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5.Accordingly, this petition is modified and condition No.7(iv) imposed by this Court in the order dated 13.03.2025 passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.610 of 2025, is hereby modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Principal Special Judge, Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Madurai, weekly twice (i.e., on Monday and Friday) at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and on all hearing dates whenever the learned Special Judge requires his appearance, without fail. The other conditions shall hold good.
