O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry based on the petitioners representation dated 07.04.2025.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint of the 3rd respondent, they have called the petitioner for enquiry and the same is pending. Apart from that they have not harassed the petitioner. 3.Considering the prayer of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to pass orders without issuing notice to the private respondent. 4.According to the petitioner, the second respondent harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and the same is denied by the second respondent and only based on the complaint of the third respondent, they have called the petitioner for enquiry. 2/4

5.In view of the above, this Court hereby direct the second respondent to conduct enquiry and dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of this order, in accordance with law.

6.With the above observations and directions, this petition stands disposed of.
