To Call for the entire records pertaining to the judgement rendered by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar in C.A.No. 75 of 2016 vide his judgement dated. 01.02.2022 as well as the judgement delivered by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar in C.C.No.310 of 2009 vide his judgment dated 22.08.2016 and set aside the same and consequently acquit the petitioner.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.G.MARIAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SANJAI GANDHI, Government Advocate (Crimal Side), on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3728 of 2022 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.282 of 2022 dated 31.03.2022, directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

CRL MP(MD) No.6608 of 2022 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has complied with the order of this Court till now. 3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police. 4.Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Virudhunagar, once in a month i.e., on first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
