ORDER

This petition has been filed for seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to forbear the third respondent from conducting the second "Vaikasi Sevvai" festival at Arulmigu Sri Ayyanar and Muthumariamman Temple https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in Athangudi Village, Neivayal, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District causing hindrance to pubic tranquility and in contrary to the customary practice on 09.06.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the State and perused the records.

3. Perusal of the affidavit and the submissions made by the counsels show that the dispute is between the petitioner and the third respondent. As the dispute is a private one, the petitioner on the one hand and the third respondent on the other hand, this court is not inclined to misuse the jurisdiction.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No Costs.
