Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce petitioner's husband namely Kannan S/o.Ramu (detenu) aged about 45 years, either in person or body before this Court from the illegal detention of the respondents 3 and 4.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J) The second respondent produced the detenu before us. According to the detenu, on account of difference of opinion with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner, he left the residence and resided at Chennai. He has

come back recently and presently residing with the petitioner.

2. The detenu is a major. He is set at liberty.

3. This Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
