The Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to initiate appropriate enquiry on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner to the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No. 01/284135/SP-TNI/GDP/2019 dated 10.04.2019 which is forwarded to the 2nd respondent for necessary action.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner to the first respondent, the first respondent directed the second respondent to conduct enquiry by proceedings in Na.Ka.No.01/284135/SP-TNI/GDP/2019 dated 10.04.2019.
