2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent would submit that they already completed the investigation and filed Final Report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Orathanadu. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

3. Since the prayer of the petitioner is to direct the respondent to file Final Report and the respondent already filed Final Report, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

4. In view of the above, recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
