O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] Mr.C.Mayil Vahana Rajendran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the detenu was arrested by the police in Crime No.161 of 2016, on the file of Solavanthan Police Station, Madurai District and is now confined at Central Prison, Madurai.

2. In view of the said submission, it is evident that the detenu is not in illegal custody.
