ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the mother of the detenu R.Mari Parthiparaj, on allegation that he was detained illegally by the third respondent.

2. This matter came up for hearing before us on 07.06.2016. We have directed the learned Additional Public Prosecutor to collect the phone number of the detenu, who is stated to be employed at U.K and help the petitioner to talk to him. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Thereafter, the matter was adjourned to 30.06.2016.

3. When the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for consideration today, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor jointly submitted that the petitioner has spoken to her son over phone. He has also sent a sum of Rs.10,000/- towards her maintenance.

4. The detenu is now in U.K. The petitioner has contacted him. He is not in illegal custody. In view of this, there is no need for further adjudication of the matter.

5. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
